How many bedrooms and bathrooms do the Town Homes have?

All units have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Do the Town Homes come with basements?

Some homes have unfinished basements and others feature one-level living.

What is the square footage for living space?

The two models have 1,200 square feet or 1,400 square feet of living space. The difference between these two floor plans is the size of the rooms. Both the smaller and the larger townhome plans have the same number of rooms.

Where is the laundry room located?

In all the townhomes, the laundry is located on the main floor.

What services/amenities are available?

Town Care services are available to residents of the Town Home Community, provided by the loving staff of the adjacent Fountain Springs Health Care Center. These services include transportation, laundry, meals, housekeeping and handyman services. To see a complete list of available services and prices, please click here.

A noon meal is served at 11:00am in the 2nd floor lunch room in the near-by Fountain Springs apartments for $4 each (price as of June 1, 2008). These meals are served Monday-Friday and on no holidays.

If you are unable to leave your house, meals can also be delivered to you for $7.50 per meal. Please call Wendy Smith at Fountain Springs Health Care (605-343-3555) to arrange for these.

What are the association fees?

The Fountain Springs Town Home community residents pay a $100/mo association fee which covers lawn care, water for your lawnand snow removal, making your life more hassle-free.

Every spring, the owner/developer of Town Home Community plants complimentary flowers in the flower beds as a way to thank the residents.

What prices do these homes sell for?

The prices range from $195,000 to $250,000.
